Although AT work is at its heart quite simple, there is much to say about it. Many fine books have been written by experienced AT teachers sharing a wealth of useful information. But I think — if you can’t be talking and working with an AT teacher in person or over Zoom — the next best way to get a feel for the work is through videos. I’ll be as straightforward as I know how and will do my best to share and demonstrate in a way that is useful. Please contact me if you have questions or comments about anything on this site.
